The Fusion 48 Bar is a great all around sized bar for just about any event. It’s very spacious for one bartender but can accommodate two if needed. At a full 4′ wide and only weighing 70 lbs, it easily sets up in seconds and folds down to just 8″ for transport and storage. Combined with our Nexus LED Lighting system, the 48 mobile bar will help you make an impact whether you use it for mobile bartending, events and weddings or corporate trade shows.

Setup In Seconds

The Fusion 48 bar assembly is extremely simple and can be done in just seconds. Because of our bar’s unique self-contained designed, everything easily folds inside the bar with the exception of the bar top. There are no bolts, pins or complex hardware needed to set up our folding bars and anyone can assemble it without instructions.

Lightweight Construction

The Fusion 48 is made from lightweight, durable aluminum and weighs 70 lbs. It is a strong fit for mobile bartending, event rental fleets, conventions, and trade show work where fast load-in and load-out matters.

Logos, Graphics, and Branding

Branding is one of the easiest ways to make a portable bar look like a real, intentional setup. Whether you are promoting a product, a sponsor, or your own mobile bartending company, custom graphics change how the bar reads across a room. Front panel graphics are free on every mobile bar.

Bar Top Options

You can choose from three bar top options. Square, Curve, and Wrap.
Square: best when space is tight and you want a clean, straight service line. Multiple square tops can be pushed together to create a longer straight bar.
Curved: adds visual impact and more working area. Curved tops are also used for larger circular or curved configurations. Square and curved tops share compatible depth so they can connect cleanly.
Wrap: the best choice when you want maximum usable counter space and a more finished, high-end look.
Hybrid: A massive upgrade combining the Curve and Wrap styles. It is 25% larger than either option, making it the biggest top we manufacture. The generous front overhang makes this the best choice for seating guests comfortably at the bar. Pair it with a wheel skirt for a setup that looks and feels like a permanent installation. (Available in Black only).

Black Bar Tops

Black tops are twice as thick (1″) but also twice as heavy as white tops.
*Due to the additional weight of black tops, we don’t recommend using the bar top straps on the protective covers.
Black tops cannot have logos.

• Each Fusion 48 bar includes the left slide out shelf with an ice bin.

Removable Front & Side Panels

Fixed panels (standard)
Panels are attached semi-permanently with strong adhesive tape. They can be removed, but adhesive must be re-applied each time.

Removable / interchangeable panels (upgrade)
Panels attach with 3M Dual Lock connectors and can be popped off and swapped quickly.
Important: this upgrade does not include extra panels. Additional panels are sold separately.

When to choose interchangeable panels
If you plan to buy multiple panel sets and swap branding for different clients, sponsors, or event themes, choose interchangeable panels.

Portable Bar Ice Bin

Prep Area Ice Bin

Add a Prep-Area Ice Bin: Get a second 5-gallon ice bin for your prep area, in addition to the standard slide-out bin.

Customize Your Workspace: Replaces a prep panel with a ice bin cutout panel. Consider adding an extra flat panel so you can swap it out when the bin isn't needed.

Universal Fit: Fully compatible with the 62, and 77 bars.

Umbrella / Sign Holder

Stay covered or go branded overhead. This add-on gives you clamps on both sides of the bar, not just one.

That means you can set up on whichever side makes sense for your layout, run two umbrellas at the same time for full coverage, or swap in a custom branded sign to turn your bar into a branded centerpiece at any event.

The clamps work with standard 1.5" umbrella poles and stay attached when the bar folds down for transport. If you'd rather remove them completely, they come off in seconds.

Right Side Slide Out Storage

Each Fusion 48 bar includes the left slide out shelf with an ice bin.

Add a second slide out shelf on the right side. (includes second ice bin)
Note: If you add a speed rail ontop of this option, the shelf will not be usable unless the speed rail is removed.

Battery & Charger for Furniture & Portable Bars

Battery Power

Flexible Battery Options: Batteries are removable for charging, swapping, or adding on later.

Plug-in Power: A standard adapter is included with every bar regardless of battery choice.

• Fold-Away Stainless Speed Rail: The 22″ rail for the 48 bar folds seamlessly into the frame. Leave it attached for convenience, or remove it completely for cleaning or replacement.

Jeff’s customer service is top notch. He communicated with me from beginning to end. Very smooth process from ordering to delivery! In just a short period of time he was able to get the bar custom made and delivered to me before Christmas. The product: I couldn’t be more happier with the bar! It looks amazing. The logo was professionally done and the lighting really adds to the appearance of the bar. My son was in tears when he saw it. It was a Christmas gift to him as he continues his journey of owning his mobile bar company. So a huge thank you to Jeff and Customized Designs for everything. If you’re looking to take your mobile bartending business to the next level then look no further! The finished product far exceeded my expectations. When I ordered my bar the wait was a little longer than expected due to the high demand. But once I received mine I completely understood why the demand was so high and it was well worth the wait.
