The 77 Mobile Bar is the not only the largest bar we offer but it’s the largest portable folding bar available anywhere. With its frame measuring at just over 6′ long and bar tops available that are 8′ long, there is no job this bar can’t handle. The 77 can easily accommodate three bartenders and with the option of five different interchangeable prep area panels, you can tailor it exactly to your application. Even with its huge size, it’s still incredibly light weighing only 120 lbs.

Setup In Seconds
The 77 mobile bar assembly is extremely simple and can be done in just seconds. Because of our bar’s unique self-contained designed, everything easily folds inside the bar with the exception of the bar top. There are no bolts, pins or complex hardware needed to set up our folding bars and anyone can assemble it without instructions.
Lightweight Construction
The 77 bar is made with lightweight yet durable aluminum and only weighs 120 lbs which means it’s extremely mobile. It’s perfect for large conventions, trade shows and satellite locations in bars and restaurants.
Logos, Graphics, and Branding
Adding logos or branding is a great way to customize your portable bars look whether you’re promoting your new product line, your mobile bartending business or just want to show off your love for your favorite sports team and best of all the front panel graphics are FREE on every mobile bar! Bar Top Options
- You can choose from three bar top options. Square, Curve, and Wrap.
- Square Tops are best used when either space is a big issue since these tops only extend slightly beyond the bar’s frame. Multiple bars with square tops can be pushed together to create one long straight bar.
- Curve tops provide a unique look and add additional bar top space. They’re also used to create larger circular or curved bars. Both the square and curved bar tops are the same depth and can be pushed together to form one seamless looking top.
- Wrap bar tops are the best way to maximize your useable bar top area and they provide a high-end look to the 77″ bar.
Black Bar Tops
- Black bar tops are a great way to provide a different look compared the the standard white/translucent tops.
- Black tops are twice as thick (1″) but also twice as heavy as white tops.
- *Due to the additional weight of black tops, we don’t recommend using the bar top straps on the protective covers.
Slide Out Storage
• Each bar includes the left slide out shelf with an ice bin.

77 Bar Options & Accessories
Why are these options extra? To save you money, of course. Not everyone needs these options and since all of our products are made to order, we feel it’s better to make them optional rather than increasing the base price.
Speed Rail
• The 77 bar stainless speed rail option includes a 32″ speed rail that folds into the bar seamlessly and does not need to be removed although can be if required.
Ice Bin
• Choose this option if you want an ice bin to be in the prep area. This will be in addition to the ice bin you receive for the slide out under bar storage.
• When choosing the ice bin option, one of the five prep area panels will have a hole cut into it for the ice bin to fit in to. If you won’t be using the ice bin for every event, we recommend purchasing an additional prep panel to switch with the ice bin panel.
• 77 bar ice bins are compatible with the 48 and 62 bars.
• Ice bin capacity: 5 gallons
Protective Cover
• All of our protective covers are made out of waterproof polyester canvas and include two nylon straps to hold your bar top during transport.
• High quality craftsmanship and made in California.
Removable Front & Side Panels
Fixed Panels
• The standard way panels are installed on our portable bars. Panels are attached semi-permanently to the frame with strong adhesive tape. Fixed panels can be removed but requires re-applying the adhesive each time.
Removable / Interchangeable Panels
• Attached with 3M Dual Lock connectors (strong plastic velcro) and can be easily removed to be swapped out with different panels.
• This option does not include additional panels. These are sold separately and can be purchased in the accessories tab above.
When to choose Interchangeable Panels
If you purchase, or plan to purchase in the future, additional bar panels with different graphics to swap out on a regular basis, you will want interchangeable panels.
Battery Power
• All of our bars come standard with a plug-in adapter regardless of selecting the battery power option.
• Batteries for bars are not permanently built into the bar so they can be removed for charging elsewhere or swapped out with a different battery. This also means you can add a battery later if needed.

I cannot rave enough about this company! Jeff was sooo helpful! I haven’t had this great customer service in a very long time. Fast email responses and I even spoke with him on the phone a few times.
The bar… exceeded my expectations honestly! The quality is high, and as a mixologist, this bar couldn’t be anymore perfect. I mean they literally think of all your needs for a successful event! To top it off the led lights are a great touch to the bar, comes with a battery and a battery charger! They truly thought of everything you could possibly need! I’m beyond impressed! I will be ordering more as my company continues to grow!

We ordered a portable bar last year as a backup to our fixed bar(s) in our restaurant and they did GREAT! We ordered a custom logo and custom side panels and they put it together just how we wanted. After a few months we noticed that one of the panels wasn’t exactly right (close enough that it took us months to even notice!) and we contacted the company…BAM! new panels were sent. Great company.
