The Mobile Mini Portable Bar is the ultimate compact workstation for mobile bartenders and event professionals. Unlike flimsy folding tables, this commercial-grade portable bar features a heavy-duty, durable aluminum frame that sets up in 60 seconds—no tools required.
Designed for true mobility, it folds down to just 8 inches, allowing a single person to easily load it into any standard SUV or car. It’s the perfect professional solution for pop-up bars, product sampling, or as an LED-illuminated hostess stand.
Setup In Seconds
The Mobile Mini assembly is extremely simple and can be done in as little as one minute. Because of our bar’s unique self-contained design, everything easily folds inside the frame with the exception of the bar top. There are no bolts, pins or complex hardware needed to set up the mini bar so, anyone can assemble it without instructions.
Lightweight Construction
The Mobile Mini is crafted from lightweight yet durable aluminum and weighs only 55 lbs, making it extremely mobile. It provides the stability of a permanent fixture while remaining perfect for mobile bartenders, smaller events, or brand activations.
Logos, Graphics, and Branding
Adding logos or branding is a great way to customize your portable bar’s look, whether you’re promoting a new product line, your mobile bartending business, or a corporate sponsor. Bar Top Options
- Three Bar Top Styles: Choose from Square, Curve, and Wrap designs.
- Square Tops: Best used when space is limited, as these extend only slightly beyond the bar’s frame. Multiple Mobile Mini bars with square tops can be pushed together to create one long, straight service station.
- Curve Tops: Provide a unique aesthetic and additional workspace. They are often used to create larger circular or curved bar configurations. Both the square and curved bar tops share the same depth, allowing them to form a seamless connection.
- Wrap Tops: The best way to maximize your usable workspace. They provide a high-end, finished look to the Mobile Mini.
Mobile Mini Options & Accessories
Why are these options separate? To save you money! Not every application needs every accessory, and since our products are made to order, we keep the base price lower by letting you choose exactly what you need.
Speed Rail
- The stainless steel speed rail for the Mobile Mini is 22″ wide and holds approximately six standard bottles.
- It folds into the bar seamlessly for transport and does not need to be removed (though it can be detached if needed).
Ice Bin
- When choosing the ice bin option, one of the prep area panels will feature a cutout designed to hold the bin securely. If you won’t be using the ice bin for every event, we recommend purchasing an additional solid prep panel to swap in.
- Mobile Mini Bar ice bins are standard 1/2 size 6″ deep hotel pans and fold into the bar. 8″ deep hotel pans will work as well but will not fit inside the bar while folded.
- If you need more capacity, 2/3 hotel pans can fit as well but require a custom panel. Give us a call to for custom options.

Protective Cover
- All of our protective covers are made from waterproof polyester canvas and include two heavy-duty nylon straps to secure your bar top during transport.
- High-quality craftsmanship, hand made in the USA.
Removable Front & Side Panels
Fixed Panels (Standard)
The standard installation method. Panels are attached semi-permanently to the frame with strong adhesive tape. They can be removed, but it requires re-applying adhesive each time.
Removable / Interchangeable Panels (Upgrade)
Attached with 3M Dual Lock connectors (heavy-duty reclosable fasteners). This allows panels to be popped off and swapped in seconds.
*This option upgrades the attachment method only; additional graphic panels are sold separately in the accessories tab.
When to choose Interchangeable Panels?
If you plan to purchase additional panels with different logos to swap out for different clients or events, you definitely want the interchangeable upgrade.
Battery Power
- All of our bars come standard with a plug-in adapter, regardless of whether you select the battery option.
- Batteries are not permanently built into the bar, meaning they can be removed for charging or swapped instantly with a fresh battery during long events.
