Fast setup (no tools)
The Signature 62 opens into position quickly thanks to its self-contained folding design. Everything easily folds inside the bar with the exception of the bar top. No bolts, pins or complex hardware needed to set up our folding bars and anyone can assemble it without instructions.
Lightweight Construction
Made from lightweight, durable aluminum, the Signature 62 weighs 100 lbs and stays practical for event teams that move equipment constantly. It is a strong fit for large trade shows, mobile bartending, and event rental companies that need a durable bar that travels well.
Logos, Graphics, and Branding
Custom branding turns the bar into a sponsor asset, a client deliverable, or a recognizable home base for your mobile bartending company. Front panel graphics are free on every mobile bar.

Bar Tops
- Square: the cleanest footprint and the best option when space is limited. Square tops also make it easy to push multiple bars together into one long straight service line.
- Curved: adds extra counter space and is commonly used for circular or curved layouts. Square and curved tops share compatible depth so they can connect smoothly.
- Wrap: the best option for maximum usable workspace and a more finished, premium look from the guest side.
- Hybrid: A massive upgrade combining the Curve and Wrap styles. It is 25% larger than either option, making it the biggest top we manufacture. The generous front overhang makes this the best choice for seating guests comfortably at the bar. Pair it with a wheel skirt for a setup that looks and feels like a permanent installation. (Available in Black only).
Black Bar Tops
- Black tops are thicker (1″) and heavier than white tops.
- Black tops cannot have logos.
- Because of the extra weight, we do not recommend using the bar top straps on protective covers with black tops.
Slide Out Storage
- Each bar includes the left slide-out shelf with an ice bin.

62 Bar Options & Accessories
Why are these options extra? To save you money, of course. Not everyone needs these options and since all of our products are made to order, we feel it’s better to make them optional rather than increasing the base price.
Speed Rail
- The Signature 62 stainless speed rail option includes a 22″ speed rail.
- It folds into the bar for transport and usually does not need to be removed (though it can be if required).
- Larger speed rails available as a customization
Prep Panel Ice Bin
- Choose this option if you want an ice bin in the prep area, in addition to the ice bin included with the slide-out shelf.
- One of the four prep panels will have a cutout for the bin. If you will not use the bin at every event, add a solid prep panel to swap in.

- Signature 62 ice bins are compatible with the 48 and 77 bars.
- Ice bin capacity: 5 gallons
Protective Cover
- Waterproof polyester canvas cover with two nylon straps to secure the bar top during transport.
- High-quality craftsmanship, made in California.
Removable Front & Side Panels
Fixed panels (standard)
Panels are attached semi-permanently with strong adhesive tape. They can be removed, but adhesive must be re-applied each time.
Removable / interchangeable panels (upgrade)
Panels attach with 3M Dual Lock connectors and can be swapped quickly.
Important: this upgrade does not include extra panels. Additional panels are sold separately.
When to choose interchangeable panels
If you plan to swap branding for different sponsors, clients, or event themes, interchangeable panels are the right choice.
Battery Power
- All bars include a plug-in adapter whether or not you select battery power.
- Batteries are removable for charging and can be swapped out. You can also add a battery later if needed.

What an amazing portable bar. Its premium in its look and feel, the construction is very durable and the format in which it collapses is brilliant. Having the design light options and the multiple bin options to arrange the bar as desired by our mixologists really helps. Having the ability to change our logos is also priceless. Customized Design’s customer service department is top notch. We ordered our bar with very little time for a convention show and they had it completed and sent to us within 48 hours. This is definitely the place to purchase your portable bar for long term reusable purposes and premium appearance.

Overall I love my bar. The only complaint is I do not like that the coverings of the bar is secured with Velcro. I would think at the price point there would be better securing with either screws or a durable glue. I had 2 pieces fall out that required me putting back together. Other than that, no other complaints and I get so many compliments. I’d definitely recommend this company to someone.

Hi Monica. Yes when choosing interchangeable panels they are fastened with 3M dual lock so they are easily removed and switched out. Over time some of it may come loose so it’s important to regularly check that it’s all still fastened or a panel may come off. We only recommend the interchangeable option if you’re switching the panels out regularly. Otherwise, they are attached with permanent adhesive and are very difficult to remove. If you’d like we can send you some in order to make the switch. Let us know!
