Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We now offer international shipping to nearly every location worldwide, including ground freight to Alaska, Canada, and Mexico, as well as ocean freight options for Hawaii and other international destinations.

What shipping methods do you offer for international orders?
For international shipments, we provide:
• Door-to-Door (D2D) service: Delivered directly to your specified location.
• Door-to-Port (D2P) service: Delivered to your nearest port, where you arrange pickup.

How long will international shipping take?
Transit times vary significantly depending on your destination and distance. Generally, ocean freight shipments take approximately 15-30 days in transit. This timeframe does not include fabrication lead times.

Do shipping quotes include all fees?
Our freight quotes cover shipping from Door-to-Door (D2D) or Door-to-Port (D2P), but do not include destination fees, customs duties, taxes, storage fees, or examination charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I arrange my own shipping?
Absolutely! If you prefer, you can arrange your own freight forwarding. In such cases, our standard domestic freight shipping rates will apply to ship your order to your chosen freight forwarder.

What about duties and taxes?
Duties, taxes, and any other fees related to importing are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to provide estimates for these fees, as they vary greatly by country and shipment specifics.

How can I pay for international orders?
All international orders must be paid via wire transfer.

Is the warranty valid internationally?
Yes, products shipped internationally have the same warranty coverage as products shipped within the US. However, please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for replacement parts, regardless of the reason for replacement.
