Garantía
Customized Designs warranties all of products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase.
Qué cubrimos:
- Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Todos los aspectos de nuestros sistemas de iluminación: iluminación LED, fuentes de alimentación, controladores, etc.
- Shipping charges for warranty replacement parts for the first year.
Lo que no cubrimos:
- Shipping charges beyond one year – All shipping charges to/from must be paid for by the customer after the first year.
- Batteries – Because battery life is dependent on use and treatment we can not cover batteries for any duration.
- Any loss or damage to products or property not manufactured by Customized Designs, including, but not limited to, personal property, beverages, or other items stored on or around our products.
- Any damage or loss not as a result of shipping. IE abuse, neglect, misuse or accidental, etc
Replacement parts can be purchased on the Support / Parts page. If you’re not sure which part you need, please contact us for assistance.
In order to receive replacement parts and service the customer must provide proof of the original purchase with an invoice or web order number. If the original documentation is not available, we will attempt to confirm the purchase by other means.
*Due to the high costs of shipping our products, we do not replace entire units for lighting component problems unless the customer pays for shipping/packing costs.
