Your bar ships with prep panels included. These are sold as extras / alternatives / replacements.
If you're adding a prep area ice bin, consider picking up an additional flat panel so you can swap it in when you don't need the ice bin cutout at a particular event.
Prep area Ice bins will fit anywhere there is not a pull out shelf below it.
In some cases, you can remove the slide out portion of the shelf in order to make a prep ice bin fit. In others, the frame will interfere with the prep ice bin.
The prep area is the section behind the bar where you work, cutting garnishes, staging drinks, keeping things organized.
A flat prep panel gives you a clean, solid surface to work on.
If you ordered the ice bin option, one of your panels will have a cutout for it to drop into.
The 1/3 pan can be a convenient way to utilize work space on a prep area while maintaining an area to store/cool bottles such as wine or a stainless container for bar tools.
We do not sell the 1/3 hotel pan itself but 1/3 pan sizes are universal and can be purchased from restuarant suppliers or any online marketplace.
Prep panels are made from NSF Rated HDPE.

Absolutely! You can easily drill or cut into this soft HDPE material with a jigsaw in order to make your own custom cutouts for sinks, pans or tools.
