This product is designed to be ordered with a new bar. The bar frame requires specific mounting brackets that are installed during production. If you already own a bar and want to add a bottom shelf, please nous contacter for a custom retrofit quote and shipping costs.

Yes. The shelf frame will be made to match the frame color of the bar you are ordering (Aluminum or Black).

No. Unlike the bar’s built-in features, the bottom shelf does not fold into or store inside the bar. This is why it is offered as a separate accessory. It is designed to be quickly installed and removed by hand.

The shelf can support up to 150 lbs. It sits on top of the wheel plates and additional brackets installed on the frame, giving it a solid and stable platform.

No. The shelf sits completely inside the existing bar frame and does not add any width or depth to the footprint. It actually adds stability when the bar is being rolled around.

No. The shelf needs to be removed before the bar can be folded down. It installs and removes easily by hand with no tools required. If you plan to keep the bar set up permanently, the shelf can stay in place full time.

Yes. The shelf panel is made from NSF rated HDPE, the same food-safe material used on the bar’s prep area panels.

No. The shelf is designed to drop in and lift out by hand. There are two drop in bolts that hold the shelf in place. Use the include wing nuts to secure it down for more long term applications.

The bottom shelf is available for the Fusion 48, Signature 62 and Summit 77. It is not available for the Mobile Mini.

The maximum opening height is 21″ when no speed rail, pull-out shelf or ice bin is installed. When those accessories are present, the usable height will be reduced. If you have questions about clearance with your specific setup, reach out to us and we can help.
